Looking to hire an LED scrolling message display?
 

Due to numerous requests for short term hire of LED scrolling message displays, Digital Instrumentation is now offering this service but with a difference.


Rather than just hiring out a display, which you will then need to learn how to programme and use prior to your event, an operative hand delivers the display and spends the day on site programming the display on your behalf. At the end of the day the operative leaves with the display.


This service is primarily aimed at one day events and exhibitions but can be extended for as long as is needed.

 

 

 

The display used is for indoor use only and is 1 line of 20 characters with a character height of 53mm, it is a multicolour display (green, red and yellow).

 

Booking

 

Availability is limited, so please make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment. First check that your required dates are available and then make your payment ASAP. Your booking is only confirmed when your payment has been received.


Pricing


Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer or cheque at a daily rate of £0.60 per mile + £100.00 + VAT. Any other expenses incurred such as road tolls, parking fees and congestion charges will be invoiced after the event with payment to be made within 7 days.


In the event of cancellation all charges are non-refundable.


Mileage is calculated with www.multimap.com and the quickest route is used. For example.....


From Digital Instrumentation, Stevenage SG2 8BY to The NEC, Birmingham B40 1NT is 105.58 miles. Therefore, the daily charge would be 105.58 x 2 x £0.60 + £100.00 = £226.70 + VAT.

 

From Digital Instrumentation, Stevenage SG2 8BY to ExCeL, London E16 1XL is 48.93 miles. Therefore, the daily charge would be 48.93 x 2 x £0.60 + £100.00 = £158.72 + VAT.
